Birria tacos were amazing, the consume and bits that come with them were so delicious. Burria Burrito was absolutely huge and very hard to eat but also amazing. Chocolate stuffed churros were a real treat. Worth the drive to go here!
The definition of a proper hidden gem. Food was delicious. I had their lunch time deal which was like a chicken taco sandwich similar to a mulitas. Good quality and cooked fresh.
Tried the birria beef burrito recently and for the price it was absolutely banging. Though I would have liked a more citrusy flavour but regardless enjoyed it all. The churros are by far my favourite thing, I finally tried the pistachio sauce and just thinking about it makes my mouth water. Lovely and friendly staff. Always a pleasure when visiting!!
First visit after seeing reviews. Well worth the drive. Was a bit apprehensive about the Pizzadilla at 33, but what a feast. LOTS of beef and great selection of fixings. The box weighed over 3lbs ! Will return to sample the menu.
Probably the best Quesadillas and Churros I've ever had! Ordered, drove 30mins to get there and the food was ready on time. All fed and contented at home, well worth the effort and a new family favourite treat take -away. Thanks to the staff for helping us out with our order even though they were short-staffed on the day!!

Been wanting to visit this place for so long and finally had an opportunity this weekend. It did not disappoint! I ordered the pizzedilla, despite being warned about the sheer size of the product. This huge meaty cheesy feast came with two pots of birria gravy - was to die for. Definitely worth the trip and we will back to try the churros.
My mate and I saw a food review online of ELL Tacos and we couldn’t believe we hadn’t heard about it sooner, given we are local to Stortford. We visited yesterday and it certainly did not disappoint. We got the Birria Beef Quesadillas and the Birria Chicken Tacos. Both were incredible but the beef is an absolute must. The owner came across very humbled, staff were welcoming - the shop deserves to be busy. It probably doesn’t get the recognition it deserves as it is located a bit down the road from the town centre, which is a shame. Nevertheless it’s a must try and we’ll definitely be going back
